Who is eligible for assistance from the RIVMA Companion Animal Foundation?

Pet owners must be income-eligible to receive assistance. The Foundation has establisheda set of criteria, which allows participating veterinarians to determine whether a client is able to benefit from the funds. Those criteria include the utilization of HUD community median income standards, as well as client participation in programs such as:
