The Companion Animal Foundation was established in 2004 by Rhode Island veterinarians to help provide funds to care for the sick and injured pets of low-income owners. Since its first fund distribution in 2005, the Companion Animal Foundation has earmarked more than $130,000 for medical care and helped more than 300 pets in need at 38 veterinary hospitals across Rhode Island.

Why We Support CAF
"Annually we get together at Christmas time and instead of exchanging presents we donate $250 each to a charity.  One person each year gets to choose the charity for that year and this year was my turn.  Having been introduced to the Foundation by playing in your annual golf tournament I thought it to be a very worthwhile cause.
