Dave Rea as "Santa Paws" at Ferguson Animal Hospital's annual fundraiser |
The Companion Animal Foundation was established in 2004 by Rhode Island veterinarians to help provide funds to care for the sick and injured pets of low-income owners. Since its first fund distribution in 2005, the Companion Animal Foundation has earmarked more than $130,000 for medical care and helped more than 300 pets in need at 38 veterinary hospitals across Rhode Island.

Why We Support CAF
"We appreciate everything that you are doing to raise much-needed funds in order to help our low-income clients and their pets. One of our veterinary technicians, Dave Rea, dressed up again this year as “Santa Paws” for our “Pet Pictures with Santa” fundraiser. I’m proud that our technicians are able to help out with this cause, and have some fun in the process. "- Ferguson Animal Hospital,
North Providence
We have received donations in memory of a beloved pet, in honor of a cherished companion, and just because pets are such an important part of our lives.
Please consider supporting the work of the Companion Animal Foundation with a tax-deductible contribution. Together we can help make someone’s world better in a very important way.
